You will be responsible for providing passenger and baggage screening services at the airport. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to: Passenger & checked baggage screening Manage traffic flow & screening at security checkpoints within the airport Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders Record and complete incident reports as required Respond professionally, courteously and promptly to all stakeholder enquiries Certificate II in Security Operations Certificate II in Transport Security ProtectionAviation Training Qualification provided for suitable candidates – Certificate II Transport Security Protection Currently hold a QLD Security Licence – or willing to obtain Currently hold or willing to obtain an ASIC clearance Must have full working rights in Australia Ability to successfully pass a drug & alcohol screening Flexibility in working hours Excellent verbal and written English communication skills If you are interested in joining the security industry but do not hold a qualification or licence, please take the time to consider our Scholarship Program.
