Taree, Österreich Caring Care Support Pty Ltd Vollzeit

In this role, you will take full responsibility for end‑to‑end scheduling across our disability support service. That means building rosters that are accurate, future‑proof, and tailored to each client’s individual needs. Your typical day will involve: Creating and maintaining rosters that are accurate, timely, and aligned with client requirements. Planning ahead — spotting gaps, forecasting risks, and solving problems well before they surface. Communicating clearly and confidently with staff to ensure everyone has the information they need in advance. Building strong rapport with support workers so you understand their strengths, availability, and suitability. Getting to know our 70 clients and what makes each of them unique, so their support is consistent and personalised. Keeping records clean and making sure all scheduling changes are handled professionally and completely. Supporting compliance by ensuring shifts meet disability sector standards and client plans. This role requires a doer — someone who takes initiative, follows tasks through to completion, and is motivated by accuracy and reliability. What We’re Looking For Someone who genuinely takes ownership of their work and completes tasks without chasing. A forward‑thinking planner who always sees what’s coming next. Strong communicator who can build trust quickly. Confident working independently. Basic understanding of the disability sector or willingness to learn fast. Ability to manage competing priorities while staying calm and organised. Someone who values relationships and wants to know clients and staff properly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
