Warehouse Supervisor – Short-Term Project (Thebarton, SA) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and confident Warehouse Supervisor to manage the setup and daily operation of a newly established warehouse located in Thebarton. The site will be receiving high volumes of tools, equipment, PPE, IT devices and various operational assets that must be organised, stored and distributed appropriately. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on leadership, creating structure, and guiding a small team in a busy environment. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee a team of Pick Packers and one Forklift Operator. You will coordinate incoming deliveries, determine warehouse layout, manage stock flow and ensure all items are accounted for and distributed correctly. The position requires strong planning ability, communication skills and confidence in making operational decisions. Key Responsibilities: Lead, support and coordinate a small warehouse team Establish the warehouse layout and determine storage zones Oversee unloading of trucks and accurate organisation of stock Coordinate distribution of equipment and operational assets Maintain a safe, compliant working environment Complete basic reporting, stock checks and communication with management Requirements: Demonstrated warehouse supervisory or leadership experience Strong organisational and problem‑solving skillsAbility to lead and communicate clearly with a small team Own PPE: steel‑cap boots and hi‑vis shirt Willingness to provide a police clearance if successful Role Details: Location: Thebarton Dates: 17 December – 9 January Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm Public Holidays: Not worked Pay Rate: $50 per hour + penalties (subject to final confirmation) What This Role Offers: Opportunity to set up and run a brand‑new warehouse Hands‑on leadership with meaningful responsibility Short‑term contract with potential for ongoing work Consistent weekday schedule with no weekend work About PRM Management Group: PRM Management Group is a trusted provider of staffing and workforce solutions across Australia.
