Job Title: Psychologist - Townsville, Queensland Job Type: Permanent – Full Time or Part Time Practice Information: This psychology private practice provides clinical psychology for the treatment of all relationship-related issues via couples therapy, as well as emotional dysregulation and interpersonal sensitivity difficulties through individual therapy. The clinic is primarily located in Townsville, Queensland, and is the only practice in North Queensland able to provide psychologists with a high level of training in Gottman Couples Therapy and Schema Therapy. Services are available for local and interstate couples and individuals, with most services offered via online video conferencing. Position Description: The clinic is looking for a Psychologist to meet the demands of our growing practice and awaiting referrals. You will enjoy working in a private practice that runs smoothly and has your back, with referrals waiting to be allocated to the right clinician. What you can expect: A variety of client presentations and levels of functioning, a great mix of therapy, assessment and report work, and a supportive team of psychologists in a growing private practice. Qualifications & Experience: AHPRA Registered Psychologist Able to work autonomously, confidently managing your own caseload while being a positive, motivated, empathic character with a strong focus on quality Desirable (not vital) - experience administering assessments, writing behaviour support plans, and using the Gottman Method in couples therapy Salary Information: Full time OTE $79,523 - $119,850 (casual employees), up to $165,600 (subcontractors).
