Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable data architectures using Microsoft Azure technologies including Azure Data Warehouse, Cosmos DB, Data Factory, Data Bricks, Power BI, and Azure Logic Apps. Build and optimise data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Data Factory and Data Bricks. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Google Analytics 4. Implement and manage data solutions using GCP Big Query and other Google Cloud services. Design and deploy automation workflows across cloud platforms to streamline data operations. Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and scalability. Ensure rigorous data governance practices including data quality, metadata management, and data security. Integrate data from systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, JobReady, and aXcelerate through middleware such as Azure Logic Apps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other data engineers and analysts. Technical Skills and Experience Proven experience in data engineering and architecture with a focus on AI engineering. Expert in query and programming languages such as SQL or Python. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure technologies: Azure Data Warehouse, Cosmos DB, Data Factory, Data Bricks, Power BI, and Azure Logic Apps. Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP and AWS) and their respective data services. Experience with data integration from CRM and LMS/SMS systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, JobReady, and aXcelerate. In‑depth knowledge of data governance principles, data security, privacy, and compliance requirements and best practices. Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices for data engineering. Experience with machine learning frameworks and AI model deployment. Experience with big data technologies (e.g.,, Hadoop, Kafka). (Desirable) Experience with distributed computing and real‑time data processing. (Desirable) Exposure to container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). (Desirable) Soft Skills Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Experience mentoring or leading small teams. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in data engineering or equivalent roles. Certifications in Microsoft Azure or related technologies. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field. Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level. Employment type: Full‑time.
