What you’ll be doing Organising the Head Broker’s schedule and managing their day-to-day workflow Managing the pipeline, ensuring deals progress smoothly from start to finish Engaging with clients professionally and maintaining strong relationships Preparing and submitting loan applications Coordinating with credit teams and understanding basic structuring scenarios Loan processing, follow-ups, settlements, and documentation We’re looking for someone who Has 2+ years experience in a mortgage brokerage or financial services support role Shows strong organisational skills and attention to detail Communicates clearly and professionally, both written and verbal Proactively learns and thrives in a fast‑paced team environment Is eager to support a Head Broker and contribute to successful client outcomes Why Loan Market Geelong?
