For more information on our business please go to About the role We are seeking a Full Time Trade Administrator with excellent administration skills and knowledge of the building and construction industry to join the Trade Administration team at our Kingston site. This role involves providing administrative support to Account Managers, including managing phone enquiries, processing sales quotes, and coordinating supplier follow-ups. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Account Managers. Answer incoming trade phone calls, co‑ordinate messages for follow up and undertake any phone sales & quoting including "over the counter" enquiries. Proactive management of the shared Trade Admin email inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow up. Follow up internal and external suppliers and ensure quotes are returned within required timeframes. Undertake and assist with Direct to Site Deliveries liaising with suppliers to organise quotes, purchase orders, and special orders for all stores. Process purchase orders and special orders accurately and maintain and update the Direct to Site Register. Liaise with Delivery Co‑ordinator to co‑ordinate deliveries. Maintain account information, ensuring data accuracy across systems and documentation. What we're looking for Excellent administration and customer service skills. Strong communication skills, positive attitude, & a team player. Knowledge of timber and building supplies is favourable, but keen willingness to learn will certainly be considered.
