Primary Teacher – Early Stage 1 & Stage 1 (K–2) Vistara Primary School – Richmond Hill NSW This K-6 Primary School Teaching position offers the opportunity to teach our Early Stage 1 and Stage 1 students, a small Kindergarten to Year 2 class, 3 days per week, in a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in teaching Early Stage 1 and Stage 1 students. A minimum of 2+ years of Early Stage 1 and Stage 1 teaching experience is required. A clear understanding of the NSW curriculum and confident skills in planning, programming and assessment. A genuine resonance with the school's Neo Humanism philosophy and a willingness to learn more. A thoughtful and well-developed approach to teaching. The ability to deliver a differentiated and integrated curriculum to meet the needs of a multi-stage class. Multi-stage classroom teaching experience is an essential requirement for this position. A genuine passion for fostering curiosity, care and a love of learning in young children. Vistara Primary School is a registered, not for profit, Independent Primary School. Classes are small and multi-staged. The school maintains a creative and dynamic approach to teaching and learning. Its ethos and Neo Humanist philosophy is integrated into the NESA NSW syllabus. Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship is required for this position. This is a part-time, job sharing position (3 days per week), commencing mid-November. Salary is based on the Independent Schools (Teachers) CMEA (Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement). Applications close: 10th November.
