Key responsibilities Leading, motivating and supporting a passionate front-of-house team Ensuring exceptional service standards Assisting in the co-ordination of events and functions and daily operations Curating and building unique and memorable experiences for our 1,100 members Driving a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and inclusion Collaborating across departments to deliver a seamless visitor experience About you We’re looking for a leader who brings enthusiasm, initiative and professionalism to every shift.
