Fullstack Developer (Senior) - Python (Flask) + React – Remote, Latin America. Responsibilities Collaborate with other developers, product owners and managers, and business stakeholders to craft new product features and improvements for our platform. Operate with a large degree of independence, supported by senior technology leaders. Take projects from concept through all development stages: definition, development, debugging, initial release, and iteration. Build enterprise‑level solutions with focus on scalability, maintainability, and supportability. Collaborate in an open, collaborative environment with integrity and teamwork. Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience as a Full‑Stack Software Developer or similar role using open‑source technologies. Strong experience with Python and/or other object‑oriented languages. Full‑stack software development experience, including backend development, service design, data storage and access models, and modern web frameworks. Experience creating and maintaining automated CI tools like Jenkins. Proclivity toward refactoring and continuous improvement of object‑oriented code in Agile environments. Strong software engineering fundamentals: object‑oriented design, data structures, testable code, and algorithms. Experience in a SaaS‑based product and comfort working in a corporate setting is desired. Experience in B2B financial services or alternative asset management is a plus.
