Enerflow Mining Services is a market leader in Equipment services, Fabrication, and Labour hire for the mining industry. While we are widely recognised for our expertise in Blasthole Drill Rigs and Mining Maintenance, our service offering extends beyond drill rigs to deliver end-to-end support across mining operations. Enerflow’s business is structured into key divisions including mobile mechanical maintenance, fabrication and labour hire, providing integrated support to mining operations across Western Australia. We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Manager to lead our Neerabup fabrication operations. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for workshop performance, safety, team development and client delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the fabrication team Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure safety, quality and productivity standards are met Act as the main point of contact for clients on fabrication works, quoting and delivery expectations Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to specification Promote and embed a zero-harm safety culture across the workshop Manage labour utilisation, project performance and financial outcomes Provide regular reporting on safety, utilisation, consumables and budget performance Coach, mentor and develop team members to build capability What You Need to Bring to This Role Minimum 5 years’ experience in heavy fabrication or heavy mobile plant maintenance At least 3 years’ leadership experience in a workshop or fabrication environment Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong analytical and financial awareness Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) Experience with CAD systems Strong planning and operational leadership capability Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills What Enerflow Mining Services Offers A great team environment with a supportive and driven culture A role based at Neerabup with onsite parking Company phone and laptop Competitive salary with strong incentives for success Monday to Friday work pattern Enerflow Mining Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
