As our Horticulture Supervisor you will be safeguarding the brand's aesthetic vision, guiding the team to ensure each venue expresses its unique character while maintaining a consistent standard of excellence. You are also responsible for overseeing the activities and efficiency of horticultural operations including: Lead, motivate and support horticultureteamto deliver exceptional results. Plan and manage staff schedules, resources, and day-to-day site operations. Train, educate and provide ad-hoc support and clarity to team members. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication. Monitor operational performance, budgets, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Develop and mentor your team, fostering growth and professional success. About You Ideally, you will have proven supervisory and/or leadership experience in horticulture and/or weed/pest management and the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong communicatorwith a focus on building positive client relationships. Confident in reporting on budgets, performance metrics, and outcomes. A hands-on leader who leads by example. Relevant industry qualifications and/or licences(highly regarded).
