About You:

  • You love what you do and are looking to take a giant step up in your career.
  • You've got great emotional intelligence and are an empathetic person who can put yourself in the shoes of the client.
  • You've got a positive can-do attitude, are a team player and can exercise ownership and initiative.
  • You're tertiary qualified in speech pathology, with appropriate clinical experience.
  • You are adept at handling a diverse range of patients and conditions, and you bring a wealth of knowledge in speech and language therapy.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical services, including comprehensive assessments, development of treatment plans, and high-quality interventions.
  • Be at the forefront of developing and refining the processes necessary to launch and expand our speech pathology services.
  • Actively contribute to the recruitment and training of future team members, setting high standards and leading by example.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to integrate speech pathology services smoothly and effectively.
  • Lead outreach efforts to educate and engage the community about our new speech pathology services.
