Mineral Springs Hotel – Hepburn Springs VIC We are seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at the Mineral Springs Hotel in the beautiful Hepburn Springs, VIC. This is a casual position in our restaurant, The Argus Dining Room. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our hotel's dining and bar areas. Your primary focus will be on delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all our guests. What you'll be doing Greeting and seating guests in the hotel's dining and bar areas Taking food and beverage orders, and accurately communicating these to the kitchen and bar teams Preparing and serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks Maintaining a clean and well‑stocked service area Assisting with table clearing and resetting Providing friendly and attentive customer service at all times What we're looking for Previous experience in a similar customer service or hospitality role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment Enthusiasm, friendliness and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including liquor service Flexible and adaptable approach to work Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification Availability on weekends What we offer Opportunity to work in a stunning, heritage‑listed hotel Supportive and collaborative team environment Discounts on food, beverages and accommodation at the hotel About us The Mineral Springs Hotel is a beloved landmark in the heart of Hepburn Springs, offering a unique blend of old‑world charm and modern comforts.
