As our NT portfolio continues to expand, we’re seeking a highly capable Experienced Property Manager to join our dedicated team. About Ellis Parker Real Estate Ellis Parker Real Estate is a respected and fast‑growing agency serving communities across the Northern Territory. In the Darwin‑Palmerston region, we are expanding the NT portfolio and looking for a proactive professional who knows the Territory market, can work autonomously, and thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. Position Overview The Experienced Property Manager will oversee a tidy portfolio within the Darwin‑Palmerston region, managing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring compliance with NT tenancy laws. Key Responsibilities Manage the day‑to‑day operations of residential properties across the NT Oversee leasing, tenant relations, inspections and renewals Conduct routine property inspections Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor management Handle arrears management and lease compliance Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and team members Ensure compliance with NT tenancy laws and company standards Willingness to grow and nurture portfolio Qualifications 3+ years of property management experience, ideally within the NT or similar markets Solid understanding of NT tenancy legislation and local rental market conditions Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills Experience with property management software (e.g. PropertyMe) High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Industry certifications (e.g., CPM, CAM) are highly regarded but not essential What Ellis Parker Real Estate Offers Competitive salary + bonus opportunities Company car and fuel – forget those petrol bills Phone provided Supportive team culture with room for professional growth Ongoing training and development How to Apply Please send your resume and cover letter to ****@ellisparker.com.au with the subject line:Property Manager Application Be careful – don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
