About Us At Ballarat Allied Care , we’re a passionate team of health professionals dedicated to helping people achieve better health, wellbeing, and independence. We work with NDIS participants, Medicare, and private clients across the lifespan, offering evidence-based and client-centered care. Our Psychology team supports clients with a wide range of mental health, emotional, and behavioural needs. We deliver individual interventions, always with a focus on achieving meaningful and lasting change. Why You’ll Love This Role You will receive strong support through both senior clinicians and our administration team and have the opportunity to deliver therapy across diverse clients, with the flexibility to manage your own caseload while being part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team. You’ll also have access to regular supervision and professional development opportunities. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct psychological assessments and develop tailored care plans. Provide evidence-based interventions (e.g. CBT, ACT, DBT, motivational interviewing). Support clients in building coping strategies, resilience, and wellbeing. Work collaboratively with allied health and community partners to provide integrated care. What You’ll Bring Qualifications AHPRA registration as a psychologist Experience 1+ years’ post-registration experience preferred Skilled in assessment, intervention, and multidisciplinary collaboration Experience with a diverse range of client presentations Additional Requirements National Police Check Victorian Working with Children Check Current Victorian Driver’s License If you’re a driven professional looking for independence, flexibility, and a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
