About the Role We are seeking an experienced Ceiling & Wall Lining Supervisor to join our team, working across the North to Central metro area . Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and supervising on-site installs to ensure our standards of quality, performance, customer service and cost-efficiency are consistently met. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with strong technical knowledge in gyprock construction to step into a stable, well-supported position within an established company. Main Duties Supervise and support trades on-site across ceiling, wall lining, and insulation works. Monitor quality, safety, and productivity to ensure SP Ceilings’ standards are achieved. Provide technical guidance and problem-solve issues as they arise. Maintain clear daily communication—including email correspondence—with internal teams and external contractors. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site requirements. Assist in scheduling, planning, and coordination of work as required. About You We are looking for someone who: Holds a trade qualification in Ceiling & Wall Lining with a strong technical background. Has at least two years of recent experience in a residential gyprock Supervisor role. Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Has a hands-on attitude, solid problem-solving ability, and works well independently under pressure. Maintains a strong commitment to workplace health and safety. Holds a current White Card (First Aid preferred). Ideally lives in or around the Mandurah region . Ready to Join Our Team?
