Role Overview We are looking for a talented HR professional who must be available to start immediately on a contract to permanent basis. As a People Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering professional, responsive, and pragmatic HR support across our dynamic and creative business. Embedded within the People Partnering team, you’ll coach people managers, advise on employee matters and help drive consistency and compliance in people practice. What You’ll Do Provide trusted advice and coaching to people leaders on HR policies, employee relations and performance management. Ensure compliance with Australian employment law, including the Fair Work Act. Support the rollout of local and global people initiatives aligned with business needs. Promote the use of HR tools and platforms (e.g., Workday, learning resources). Coordinate cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews, engagement surveys and remuneration cycles. Maintain excellence in case management, documentation and compliance. Monitor people risks and trends, escalating issues as needed. Champion process improvements and support organisational development initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in an HR Advisor or People Partner role. Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices. Experience using HR systems (Workday preferred). Confidence in coaching managers and handling employee relations. Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, empathetic and values‑driven approach.
