With rapid growth in Australia & New Zealand, we’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our Sydney office. About the Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role focuses on end‑to‑end payment operations, banking relationship management and supporting the company’s cash flow and treasury functions. Responsibilities Banking & Payments Oversight Coordinate all payment schedules and manage online banking transactions. Prepare and verify remittance documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and resolve payment‑related queries. Treasury & Cash Flow Management Prepare monthly and rolling cash‑flow forecasts. Monitor liquidity and allocate funds to meet operational needs. Provide analysis to support decision‑making on cash utilisation. Assist with internal control reviews and audit processes. Maintain secure and accurate records of all bank account details and access rights. Cross‑Functional Support Liaise with suppliers, banks, and internal teams to resolve finance‑related matters. Support the Finance Manager with special projects and operational improvements. Qualifications Prior experience in banking, treasury, finance operations, or accounts payable with broader responsibilities. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Proficiency in online banking platforms and MS Excel. Excellent communication skills with a solutions‑focused approach. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
