To build on our ongoing success, we are seeking a Parts Interpreter to play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our workshop and retail customers. About the Role Deliver exceptional customer service to both workshop staff and retail customers. Provide parts to workshop personnel efficiently. Order stock and assist with inventory management and stocktaking. Prepare and issue Parts/invoices as required. Assist with various warehouse tasks and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Maintain high standards of service to all customers. About You While a background as a Mercedes-Benz Parts Interpreter is preferred, we welcome applications from experienced Parts Interpreters in dealerships. Solid grasp of sales principles and customer service practices. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in computer and administrative tasks. Ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively. Meticulous and thorough in your work. A commitment to continuous personal and professional development. Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging. A current driver's license is required.
