About the role An exciting opportunity is available for a Store Manager to help lead the growth and success of our Bunbury store. You will lead from the front. Driving sales results, building a cohesive team culture, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high store presentation standards. This is a hands‑on role where you will manage performance, stock, merchandising, promotions and budgets. You will also work closely with the warehouse to support receiving, dispatch and customer deliveries. What you will be doing Lead, coach and develop your store team to achieve sales targets Deliver exceptional customer service every day Maintain high presentation standards aligned to brand guidelines Manage stock levels, merchandising and product displays Support warehouse operations and assist with customer deliveries as required Manage wage costs, rosters and expenses Ensure timely customer deliveries and follow‑up About you 2 to 3 years in a retail leadership role, target‑based environment.
