Operations Manager & KAM NSW### **We’re Hiring NSW Operations Manager – SKIDATA Australasia**At **SKIDATA**, we’re global leaders in access and revenue management solutions — and we’re looking for an experienced, customer-focused **NSW Operations Manager** to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and regional growth.If you're a strategic thinker, a strong people leader, and thrive in a dynamic service environment, this is your opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role.### ### **What You’ll Lead & Deliver** **Customer Excellence:** Ensure outstanding service delivery, act as an escalation point for key accounts, and strengthen long-term customer relationships. **Modernisation & Extension (ME) Growth:** Identify upgrade opportunities across hardware, software, and digital solutions to drive revenue and lifecycle value. **Financial Performance:** Manage regional budget, deliver revenue and margin targets, support invoicing and AR processes, and ensure commercial accuracy. **Operational Efficiency:** Optimise service processes, ensure SLA compliance, manage resource allocation, and coordinate project delivery. **Team Leadership & Development:** Coach and develop the NSW service team, drive technical competency, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.### **What You Bring** Proven experience in **service operations, project management, or technical leadership** (3+ years). Strong people management and customer relationship skills. Commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and margin performance. Process-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence and continuous improvement. Technical background (Engineering/IT/Electronics) advantageous.
