Structural & Civil Engineers - FIFO | TSF Projects Programmed Maintenance Services – Bulgarra WA Structural & Civil Engineers - FIFO | TSF Projects Roster: 8/6 FIFO from PerthLocation: KarrathaDuration: Project is for 2 Years PERSOL is currently seeking experienced Structural and Civil Engineers with Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) project experience to join our client in Karratha. These FIFO-based positions will see you involved in the design, review, and construction support of TSF and related civil infrastructure - ensuring structural integrity, compliance, and operational excellence across all stages of project delivery. Key Responsibilities Provide structural and civil engineering input into TSF and associated infrastructure works Conduct design reviews, site inspections, and technical assessments Develop and check design documentation, drawings, and specifications Support site construction teams with practical engineering solutions and technical advice Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, company specifications, and site requirements Liaise with geotechnical, construction, and environmental teams to deliver safe, efficient outcomes About You Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent) Proven experience in Tailings Storage Facilities or related earthworks, dams, or mining infrastructure Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and engineering design principles Proficiency with design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, SpaceGass) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Current WA "C" Class Driver's Licence.
