We're on the hunt for a trade-qualified Field Service Diesel Technician – someone ready to roll up their sleeves, hit the road, and get hands-on with some of the toughest machinery on earth. As part of our field service team, you won’t just be turning spanners – you’ll be the front line of support for our customers. From diagnostics to major repairs, you’ll bring CAT equipment back to life, wherever the job takes you – on site, in the paddock, or out in the bush. ABOUT THE ROLEYour typical day will include: Onsite technical troubleshooting and fault finding including; diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on Cat equipment and their components; hydraulics, transmissions and engines Providing outstanding customer service to our loyal customers Compiling and completing accurate reporting Working autonomously to manage your time and maximise efficiency Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Liaising with our internal service and parts department Maintaining a William Adams service vehicle ABOUT YOU To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes: Qualified Diesel Technician with experience on Caterpillar machines (preferred) 2+ years experience working in a Field Service role (preferred) Have advanced mechanical diagnostic skills with Cat computer diagnostics knowledge (great to have) A proactive and positive attitude, with strong work ethic A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures Hold a current Drivers and Light Rigid Licence (heavy vehicle licence is also highly regarded) Proven ability to be self-motivated and to work unsupervised WHAT IS ON OFFER?...
