About the Role…The primary purpose of this position is to promote and deliver a range of services, training and opportunities to businesses, apprentices, school-based trainees, job seekers, and other stakeholders. The responsibility of the role is to manage the day to day and operational aspects, coordinate/lead all activities required to ensure the specific teams meet program Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).This role is subsequently responsible for the execution of ongoing operational requirements of an RTO in providing capably trained and qualified skillsets to deliver on the Skill360 RTO services. You will also lead employer engagement, participant recruitment and selection, mentoring and life skill development across Smart Apprenticeship Solutions. This may require regular travel to establish new programs in locations across Queensland, particularly North Queensland. A bit about you...5+ years’ experience in a similar role within an employment services settingStrong leadership and management skillsWorking knowledge of State and Federal Government as a contract funding entityMentoring, soft skill training and business experienceWell-developed interpersonal skills – ability to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, gain confidence and build a sense of mutual understanding of needs and objectivesSelf-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operationsKnowledge of RTO, Employment Services and Australian Apprenticeships and Vocational Training and Education systemsAbility to obtain a Blue Card and National Police CheckNext steps...This role will actively commence recruitment from the date of advertisement.
