With a strong focus on enhancing customer wellbeing, as the qualified Occupational Therapist you will be responsible for providing focused home based services for older clientele with a variety of health conditions. Our service focuses on clients’ strengths, is goal-directed and aims to maximise independence and autonomy so clients can remain living independently in the community. Our Occupational Therapy team is a large and supportive team with regular team meetings, one-to-one clinical supervision and support from the Clinical lead of Occupational Therapy. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, reliable and adaptable, motivated and committed to the provision of customer-centred care, and have the capacity to work well autonomously and in a team environment. About you: You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our clients. You are motivated to achieve great results, and care about enhancing clients’ self-esteem and empowering them to manage their health.
