Yarra City Council is seeking a dynamic, experienced Senior Engagement Lead to join our Digital and Technology Services team. About the Role As Senior Engagement Lead, you will: Act as the strategic link between business and technology, ensuring IT solutions drive organisational growth and success. Lead and manage relationships with business leaders, internal teams, and external partners. Oversee a variety of IT projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery aligned with business needs. Champion service excellence, continuous improvement, and agile ways of working. Provide expert advice on emerging technologies and industry trends. Manage budgets, risks, and vendor relationships to optimise service delivery. What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualifications in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline. Experience in ITIL/ITSM processes and driving service initiatives. Proven track record in project management, organisational change, and continuous improvement. Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions and advocate for customer‑centric IT initiatives.
