Role Overview The Role: Infrastructure Engineer We are looking for a passionate Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll contribute to the design, build, and maintenance of our global infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, networking, and reliability across multiple cloud regions. You will work alongside product and engineering teams on exciting projects while enabling faster delivery and maintaining high availability in a cloud‑native environment. This is a highly trusted role working in a small infrastructure team of 3 where you will work on both Cloud Infrastructure (GCP) and Developer Experience projects. What You’ll Do Build internal tools that make development faster, easier, and more reliable for engineers across the company. Improve our observability stack including logging, metrics, and alerting so teams can see issues and act quickly. Support and enhance our CI/CD pipelines to keep delivery smooth and consistent. Improve local development workflows and keep environments aligned with production. Work with Terraform and GCP to build and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure. Help run Cloud Run and Kubernetes in production and contribute to automation that makes operations simpler and safer. Work with teams on microservices, event‑driven systems, and core platform improvements. Support performance, reliability, and cost‑efficiency initiatives across the platform. What We’re Looking For Experience with modern CI and CD tooling like GitHub Actions or ArgoCD. Good understanding of Kubernetes and cloud‑native environments, ideally on GCP. Familiarity with Terraform or other infrastructure as code tools. Proficiency in Python, Go, or another language used for automation and tooling. Some experience with observability tools such as Datadog or New Relic. Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills across systems and services. A collaborative mindset and an interest in helping other engineers ship faster with confidence. Nice to Have Experience with internal platform tooling or developer portals. Background in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE. Understanding of secure software supply chains. Experience with multi‑tenant SaaS systems. Exposure to ERP or financial system integrations.
