Responsibilities Prepare coffee machine and parts for daily use, maintain and clean daily, maintain supply lines. Grind coffee beans and understand coffee blends and the different roasts. Prepare a variety of coffees to our high standard familiar to our local clientele. Prepare coffee in suitable vessels and presentable with latte art. Greet customers with a friendly face when handing out orders. Maintain stock of clean mugs, ensuring an adequate supply is always on hand. Maintain stock levels of coffee beans, milk and other required items. Clean coffee area of the cafe at the end of each day. Comply with all Health and Safety regulations. Handle cash and conduct end of day reconciliations. Ensure that all associated products e.g. coffee, teas etc. are dispensed with consistency and quality. Qualifications At least one year experience and be able to work independently. Proficient in the use of Lightspeed POS systems.
