Overview This is your chance to step into a key Supervisory role within a supportive and high-performing team. As a Site Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of on-site delivery for significant Defence and government projects, leading site teams with autonomy and purpose. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently achieved across all stages of delivery. About You As a Site Supervisor, you play a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of on-site construction operations. You are responsible for coordinating and managing daily activities on the construction site, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and regulatory standards. This role also involves leading on-site teams, promoting a strong safety culture, and upholding high-quality workmanship throughout all phases of the project. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and program objectives. Supervise and coordinate site teams, including subcontractors, tradespeople, and labourers. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Implement and enforce WHS protocols, ensuring a strong safety culture across the site. Schedule and coordinate activities to ensure the project stays on track, maintaining a high level of productivity. Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and other key stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and highlighting any risks or issues. Ensure that materials, equipment, and labour are efficiently managed and used in accordance with project plans. Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep the project moving forward. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including site diaries and progress reports. What You’ll Bring General construction induction training card - White Card. At least 2-3 years within the Construction Industry. Driver’s licence. Cert III in Carpentry or similar. Police Check. Package & Benefits Competitive Base Salary + Super.
