Visit The Welcome Experience | NSW Government What You'll Be Doing The AOD Clinical Services Manager provides operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team of staff to provide effective client centred care that supports harm reduction and improved health outcomes for people presenting with substance use issues and their families and carers. Selection Criteria Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant professional experience or a combination of both. Demonstrated experience in leadership and management of a frontline clinical service. Demonstrated skills and experience in organisational change and service development, including the implementation of systems to manage the core business of the service. Demonstrated leadership in workforce development, clinical governance and service quality improvement. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. Demonstrated high level skills in evidence-based interventions for the promotion, prevention and treatment of substance use. Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills with experience in conflict resolution and negotiation. Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers' licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
