What You’ll Do Design Leadership : Lead the design of coastal and maritime infrastructure, including marine and coastal facilities, revetments, and coastal protection structures. Project Management : Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, designers, and environmental specialists across Australia and internationally to deliver integrated solutions. Technical Excellence : Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and contribute to the development of best practices and design standards. Mentorship : Support and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and professional development. Business Development : Engage with clients and contribute to proposal development and strategic growth initiatives. About You A degree in Civil or Coastal Engineering (or related discipline) At least 5 years of experience in coastal engineering, ideally in a consulting environment. Proven expertise in designing coastal infrastructure, dredging, or port works. Strong knowledge of Australian and international design standards. Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and RPEQ registration (or working towards). A passion for mentoring and leading high-performing teams.
