What We’re Looking For Valid Painting Qualifications – minimum Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (essential) A hands‑on approach and pride in delivering quality workmanship A strong commitment to safety—for yourself and those around you Digital readiness – comfortable using email and digital tools to stay connected A passion for mentoring apprentices and supporting the next generation of skilled tradespeople About Us QBuild is Queensland’s trusted builder, delivering construction, maintenance, and restoration services for over 160 years .
