What You’ll Be Doing Restaurant Managers Lead the Way: Drive engagement and results with your team of 20–50 crew members. Own the Ops: Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager. Grow Your Crew: Help your team thrive with check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans. Keep the Numbers in Check: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly. Champion your Community: Run our Local Matters program to support and engage local groups. Assistant Restaurant Managers Lead & Inspire: Motivate and guide a passionate crew alongside the Restaurant Manager. Be Hands-On: From grill to floor, you’re part of the action, ensuring smooth shifts and happy customers. Focus on Quality: High vibes, higher standards—create epic dining experiences. Smash Targets: Drive performance, develop your team’s skills and celebrate wins together. Coach & Develop: Help your team master their craft and grow across stations.
