About the Role The Intensive Care/Coronary Care Unit Technical Officer, in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Nursing (ICU/CCU ADON), oversees stores and equipment management within ICU and Cardiology. The Technical Officer is responsible for the direction, coordination, and procurement of equipment used in ICU and Cardiology to enable effective, efficient and high-quality care to patients. The role provides technical support and acts as a resource within the critical care environment to manage, utilise, and/or procure resources through cost centre monitoring, stock control and strategic planning to enable effective and efficient, high-quality care to patients.
