About the Role

Honeywell Sine is looking for an

Senior Sales Manager, SMB Global

to join our Australian team

You will apply an entrepreneurial mindset to own our customer acquisition & revenue goals for the region whilst leading our APAC Inside Sales team, analysing business & market trends, and improving current go-to-market strategies.

We're looking for a leader who inspires their team to do their best work, has an eye for top Sales talent, and drives ongoing development through coaching and learning opportunities.

You will be hands-on and masterful in client engagements and impact Honeywell Sine's customers by solving critical pain points with visitor, contractor and employee management in a fast paced, evolving environment. Working closely with the Global Sales Director, Honeywell Sine leadership team, marketing and people teams to drive growth goals and deliver overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:Drive profitable and strategic sales growth, customer acquisition, establish market demand and grow business with new and existing customersManage our Inside Sales organisation, including Sales Development (inbound and outbound) and Account Executives (SMB)Manage, develop and retain top sales talent through effective coaching, development and learning opportunitiesKeep a close eye on Sine's value proposition across the industries in which we operate, collaborate with marketing and product teams and take action as requiredWork closely with your sales team and oversee productivity, quality and integrityManage all sales related activity management through effective use of Honeywell Sine's sales technology stackBuild close relationships with customers, working on growth obstacles and offering solutions that solve their problemsPursue sales growth opportunities in targeted segments and industriesOwn the monthly sales forecast for Inside Sales - review, manage and report to internal stakeholdersEnsure sales activities are aligned and focused on the achievement of forecastLeverage the strength and relationships of Honeywell Sine, utilising all available resources and partnersAttract the best sales talent across the region, growing your team in line with business objectives and working closely with supporting functions.

Key Experience &

Capabilities

:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience4+ years of B2B Sales Experience, preferably with a track record covering SMB and a high-volume/velocity sales cycles1+ years as a senior individual contributor, team lead or in sales management3+ years of B2B Software as Service (SaaS) in either an inside or field capacityExperience in coaching, mentoring and/or developing peopleExperience being part of a hyper-growth, high-performance sales teamUnderstanding of the end-to-end functions of a SaaS sales organisation (sales development, closing & customer success)A deep understand of core sales methods (i.e. challenger, SPIN)Experience working within a geographically dispersed sales teamCreative, decisive, high energy and ability to motivate and inspire othersAbility to effectively train sales professionals in new offerings sales processStrong ability to develop and sustain customer relationshipsClearly articulate value and demonstrate how solutions map to a customers' needsCompelling presentation and communication skillsWilling to travel as necessary
