About You: Are you ready to launch your design career with one of Australia’s leading fashion brands? KIVARI is looking for a passionate and creative Junior Designer to join our close-knit team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist in translating seasonal concepts into on-brand, commercially minded designs. Create initial hand sketches and detailed technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator. Designing commercial capsules within the seasonal ranges with sustainable practices. Support the team throughout the design and development process, from initial sketches to final samples. Research trends, fabrics, and techniques to inspire new collections and stay ahead in the market. Prepare mood boards, CADs, spec sheets, and presentation materials that capture KIVARI’s unique aesthetic. Help coordinate samples, fittings, and internal reviews to ensure every piece meets our high standards for quality and fit. Manage the Design tracker and complete design-related admin tasks aligned with the Critical Path. Communicate and collaborate with Design, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless journey from concept to customer. Follow the company Critical Path to meet seasonal deadlines. Qualifications: Qualification in Fashion Design or a related field A genuine passion for fashion, storytelling, and design Denim experience preferred Strong sketching or CAD ability and an eye for detail Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment Organised, proactive, and keen to contribute fresh ideas A collaborative spirit with the confidence to work independently when needed What We Offer: A creative, collaborative environment: Join a team that values innovation and teamwork, where your contributions will help shape the future of our brand.
