Role Description Due to growing business needs, we are looking for an experienced or a trainee Insurance Broker to join our team. This is a full-time role with the flexibility to work remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general advice and guidance to customers on insurance products, and providing tailored solutions. The Insurance Broker will also be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing ongoing support. Qualifications Some knowledge of insurance products and services Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in a similar role or willingness to learn #J-18808-Ljbffr
