Bakery Production Operator - Night Shift Join to apply for the Bakery Production Operator - Night Shift role at Vili's Family Bakery . Right now, we’re looking for enthusiastic Production Workers for ongoing casual roles in the night shift team. This group cooks our pie fillings, ready for our day teams to assemble and bake into pies the next day. In an environment where our reputation is built on taste, the night cook roles play a vital role in customer satisfaction. Job Details Shift: Sun-Thu nights – 9pm start – 38 hrs per week Employment: Ongoing casual employment with the potential for permanency Seniority level: Not Applicable Job function: Management and Manufacturing Industries: Food and Beverage Manufacturing What You’ll Do Batch, cook and finish fillings, following recipes, SOPs and work instructions Scale and stage ingredients, manage add sequences, and monitor Time/temperature/texture to Vili’s exceptional standard Support in-process QA checks Follow food safety, procedural and safety requirements, including clean-as-you-go, food segregation, first in first out and temperature-based product handling requirements Housekeeping & basic equipment care: end-of-shift cleaning, CIP support, safe manual handling Work in a tight-knit team to balance the priorities of quality, quantity and timelines About You Strong experience in hands on roles, from any industry (e.g. general labourer or trades) Comfortable with night shift and working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset Physically fit for manual handling, lifting and standing throughout the shift Clear communicator and team player who follows instructions and asks when unsure Reliability, enthusiasm and pride in quality How To Apply Simply complete the application process by clicking the Apply Now button, and we’ll be in touch. #J-18808-Ljbffr
