Senior Occupational Therapist Join ORS Group to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities and their families. As a Senior Occupational Therapist you will be part of a dedicated team of 120+ OT professionals in our growing NDIS division, assessing and providing evidence‑based intervention for paediatric clients with a range of diagnoses and disabilities. Key Responsibilities Assist in complex assessment and treatment planning, including ABC Movement, Beery, DASH, DVTP. Conduct Supported Independent Living (SIL) and sensory assessments. Perform assistive technology (AT) and home modification assessments, including complex home modification reviews. Evaluate functional daily living skills and environmental risk factors. Develop and deliver skill‑building and ongoing therapy through individual and group sessions. Real leadership growth opportunities within a continually expanding OT team. What We’re Looking For Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy. Minimum 2 years of OT experience (preferred). Registration with AHPRA – or ability to register. Driver’s licence and own vehicle. Required clearances: NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check.
