Personal Care Worker - Home and Community Join to apply for the Personal Care Worker - Home and Community role at Bolton Clarke . Enjoy a fulfilling, flexible casual care role covering from Toowoomba to Gatten region. You will be supported by a passionate team of people dedicated to delivering excellent standards and quality care. It is a requirement for our community roles, all staff possess a reliable vehicle, valid Australian driver licence and be willing to travel throughout the region visiting clients in their own homes. Hours would between 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. About the Role Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to our Home Care clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices.
