Site Supervisor – Data Centre Project Location: Nelson, New South Wales, Australia Built is a privately‑owned construction company that delivers total solutions across all built‑forms. What you’ll do As a Site Supervisor you will be a key member of our project teams delivering work across all built‑forms ranging from $100K to $1 billion. • Highly organised site delivery coordination, achieving quality, time, OHS and industrial relations requirements. • Supervise construction work during installation, inspection, testing and commissioning, ensuring work is completed in accordance with drawings and specifications. • Manage on‑site work to project schedule and budget, resolving or escalating issues and facilitating change control. • Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing site team, promoting safety, quality and continuous improvement. Essential qualifications Trade or tertiary qualification in Building/Construction Management or Civil Engineering. 7–10 years’ experience in roles directly pre‑cedent to Site Supervisor. Strong people management, client management and contract management knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication, time‑management and planning skills. Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence outcomes, manage risk and solve problems. The ideal candidate Delegates, mentors and supervises with confidence.
