Overview Port Pirie Learning and Experiences has casual roles available with shifts at both sites. This role provides an opportunity to engage in a variety of activities with our clients, focusing on empowering them to achieve their goals and develop new skills within a supportive, positive, and fun environment. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 or 1:3 support Support clients to achieve their NDIS goals Complete progress and incident reports Work with clients to promote individual choice and control Provide transport to clients as required Maintain a duty of care for clients, other staff, and yourself About You / Qualifications Minimum Cert III in Disability (or equivalent) Current First Aid and CPR certification Flexibility to be on call and work a range of shifts Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Resilience, confidence and the ability to work independently or as part of a team A positive focus to ‘do with and not for’ to empower our clients Required Documents (prior to offer) National Police Clearance (no older than six months) Driver’s licence NDIS worker screening clearance, or other NDIS approved clearance Evidence of right to work in Australia 100 points of identification Benefits Reduce the amount of tax you pay with access to generous PBI salary packaging Casual day shifts available for a healthy work / life balance Encouraging and supportive team environment Dedicated training days to enhance your skills within the industry Use of a Bedford pool vehicle to transport clients Work for a well‑respected, established disability organisation Access to Bedford’s generous rewards and recognition programme Gain a real sense of purpose by seeing clients reach their potential Experience the rewarding feeling of being part of our clients’ journey Contact For further information, contact Megan Lethbridge , Acting Manager Learning & Experience: or email .
