Graphic Design Professional - The Mark Agency The Mark Agency is seeking a talented and versatile Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. We’re looking for a designer with strong conceptual thinking, technical excellence, and a deep understanding of how design builds brands and drives results. You’ll work across a diverse range of clients — from local businesses to national brands — creating bold, strategic, and beautiful design solutions across both digital and traditional media. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of creative projects, contribute to campaign development, and mentor junior designers within a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. As a Senior Graphic Designer at The Mark Agency, you will: Deliver High-Quality Design Across Channels : Conceptualise and produce creative work across branding, digital, print, and environmental design — always aligned with client strategy and The Mark Agency’s creative standards. Champion Creative Excellence : Push creative boundaries while maintaining attention to detail and consistency across all deliverables. Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with the strategy and account planning teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual communication. Contribute to Brand Development : Lead and develop brand identity systems, visual guidelines, and campaign assets that strengthen brand presence and storytelling. Support Digital Design Initiatives : Design for digital platforms including social, web, and email, ensuring best practices in user experience and responsive design. Mentor and Support Junior Designers : Provide guidance and feedback to emerging designers, helping to elevate the quality and consistency of work across the team. Stay Ahead of Trends : Keep up to date with design trends, digital innovation, and emerging tools, proactively introducing fresh ideas to the team. Responsibilities Execute design projects from concept to delivery across print, digital, and brand channels. Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to develop integrated creative concepts. Ensure all work meets brand and accessibility standards. Contribute to creative presentations, pitches, and tender submissions. Manage multiple design projects, balancing speed, creativity, and precision. Maintain file organisation, production-ready artwork, and clear communication with suppliers and production teams. Skills & Experience 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience preferred). Proven ability to design for both digital and traditional channels. Strong conceptual thinking and an excellent foundation in typography, layout, and design principles. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD). Working knowledge of Mac OS , Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience. About You A collaborative team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
