Reporting to the Electrical Superintendent and Site Manager, you will be at the heart of empowering teams, fostering a strong safety culture, and driving operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage work teams adhering to management systems, standards, and processes. * Drive safety, HSE compliance, and quality outcomes across all employees and work scopes. * Conduct pre-start meetings, formal site audits, toolbox sessions, and random inspections. * Ensure compliance with policies, risk assessments, safe work systems, and statutory requirements. * Oversee site planning, materials, stock levels, and subcontractor activities to ensure smooth operations. * Monitor project scope variations and maintain budgets while escalating risks as required. * Promote and maintain good housekeeping and operational practices. * Provide training, supervision, and competency assessments for employees under your charge. * Lead with influence and support a multi-cultural workforce in a heavy industrial environment. **About You:** You are a seasoned supervisor with extensive experience in brownfield maintenance and site operations.
