The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver projects across capital water infrastructure including valves, hydrants, water pump stations, network renewals, water main replacements and more across the Unity Water Program across the Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast area. Join us in this fast-paced, stable, and highly rewarding program, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the industry while benefiting from a robust pipeline of long-term, local opportunities. Manage, coordinate and deliver a complex range of small and large projects, including design, construction, commissioning and handover of infrastructure and assets Manage and drive a culture of innovation in project delivery that results in delivery of ongoing efficiencies and improvements in project work practices Manage and administer subcontracts Manage, coordinate, and maintain good working relationships with sub-contractors to effectively and efficiently deliver projects Manage and maintain good working relationships with a range of stakeholders during the delivery of projects Deliver projects so that they comply with and meet expectations from clients, communities, environmental management requirements and other legislative requirements What we are looking for Engineering qualification with substantial experience managing civil projects on capital infrastructure Experience in the Oil, Gas or Water industry preferred Project Management certification Minimum 5 years of complex project management experience within the water sector Previous team management and leadership experience What we offer Employee benefits including health and wellness initiatives Access to Downer Group benefits Opportunity for career growth with structured frameworks and supportive‑inclusive team Competitive Salary and Employee Benefits Valued and respected position, with supportive and experienced team Work for a major ASX‑listed company About Energy & Utilities… Downer's Energy & Utilities business unit is an integrated trans‑Tasman team, providing services and solutions that connect communities to essential networks and infrastructure.
