Overview Role : Educational Leader Location : Cairns & Far North QLD Centre : Goodstart Trinity Beach Employment Type : Full Time (38 hours per week) Pay : $38.20- $39.35 per hour + Hourly EL Allowance + Super Responsibilities Collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. Deepen the team’s understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
