About the Role We are currently hiring for multiple positions within our pharmacy and beauty departments. We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals who are able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays in order to fulfil our customers’ requirements and accommodate extended operating hours. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with their health and beauty needs, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Point of Sale: Manage transactions efficiently and promote our Sister Club loyalty program. Health & Beauty Support: Offer guidance on selecting and using our range of health & beauty products. Merchandising: Maintain attractive product displays and support promotional activities. Shop Appearance: Keep the store clean, tidy, and well‑stocked for our customers. Inventory Control: Assist with ordering, stock‑taking, and replenishment. Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a supportive team and participate in training sessions. Prescription Handling: Accurately facilitate the intake of prescriptions. Health Services: Support health services such as diabetes management and blood pressure checks. Who We’re Looking For Excellent communication skills Thrive in a fast‑paced environment Enjoy working in customer service Possess a passion for health, beauty, or pharmacy Skills and Experience Retail or pharmacy experience is preferred. An S2/S3 certificate is highly regarded for the pharmacy assistant position.
