The Opportunity We are recruiting casual, part-time or full-time experienced Sommeliers who are passionate about service and take pride in tailoring the experience to each guest’s needs. As a Sommelier, you will play a key role in curating an exceptional wine experience for our guests, offering expert recommendations, and overseeing the wine list. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wine, exceptional customer service skills, and a genuine love for educating others about wine pairings and regions. About You You have a strong knowledge of wine and enjoy guiding guests in their decisions. You bring at least two years of experience in a similar role and thrive in a team-oriented environment. You hold a valid NSW RSA certificate, speak fluent English, and have Australian working rights. You hold a WSET level 2/3 certificate or similar certificate. The Perks A great work life balance.
