Contracts Administrator / Project Manager – Client Side – Industrial Renowned professional and established project management consultancy with a large prestigious project portfolio of new build industrial, warehouse, and logistics projects. We are looking for a candidate passionate about construction with excellent communication and client‑facing skills, a positive can‑do attitude, and project experience on $300m+ industrial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading industrial project management teams, engaging stakeholders from feasibility through to delivery, and bringing in new business opportunities through strong client management and business development activities. Responsibilities Client management and consultation Engagement, management, and recruitment of teams Project planning and feasibility studies Design management and value engineering Procurement of construction services Cost control and reporting; superintendent Delivery of construction services Business development Commissioning and post‑contract duties for handover Qualifications and Requirements Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar 10–15+ years of end‑to‑end project management on building projects Strategic thinker able to see the bigger picture Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience leading high‑performing teams and managing client‑side and main‑contractor delivery Strong contracts experience through the construction phase This is a permanent full‑time position with excellent career progression prospects.
